Appointments and visits

How do I book an appointment?

You can request an appointment using the form on our Contact page. The team will contact you to confirm a suitable date and time. A request is not a confirmed booking until the clinic has confirmed it with you.

What should I expect during my first visit?

Your first visit usually begins with a conversation about your medical and dental history and any concerns you have. The dentist will then examine your teeth and gums, explain their findings and discuss any recommended next steps.

How often should I schedule a dental check-up?

The right interval varies from person to person. Your dentist will recommend how often you should attend based on your oral health and individual risk factors.

What should I do if I have a dental emergency?

Contact the clinic as early as possible for advice. If you have severe facial swelling, difficulty breathing or swallowing, uncontrolled bleeding or a serious facial injury, seek emergency medical care immediately at your nearest hospital.

Do you provide cosmetic dental treatments?

Yes. Cosmetic options such as teeth whitening, bonding and alignment treatment can be discussed during a consultation. Suitability depends on an individual assessment of your oral health and goals.

How can I contact the clinic?

You can find our phone number, email address and opening hours on the Contact page, along with the appointment request form.

Your care

Do I need a referral to book an appointment?

No referral is needed for a general dental appointment. You can request an appointment directly.

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

Yes. Many patients find it reassuring to bring a family member or friend. Please let the team know in advance if you would like someone to accompany you into the treatment room.

I feel anxious about dental visits. What can I do?

Let us know when you request your appointment. The team can take extra time to explain each step, agree on a signal for when you need a pause and move at a pace that feels manageable.

Does the information on this website replace a dental examination?

No. Information on this website is general and educational. It does not replace an examination or personalised advice from a qualified dental professional.

How do I change or cancel an appointment?

Please contact the clinic as early as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment, so the time can be offered to another patient.

Contacting the clinic

How quickly will the clinic respond to my request?

The team aims to respond to appointment requests during opening hours.

Is my appointment confirmed once I submit the form?

No. Submitting the form sends a request only. An appointment is confirmed only when the clinic contacts you to agree on a date and time.

Should I include medical details in the form?

Please do not include detailed medical information in the form. The clinic will discuss your history with you directly and securely at your appointment.

What if my problem is urgent?

Contact the clinic directly rather than using the form. If you have severe swelling, difficulty breathing or swallowing, or uncontrolled bleeding, seek emergency medical care immediately.
