Online booking

Online booking is not available yet. Information entered into the appointment request form stays in your browser, is not transmitted to any server and is not stored. It is cleared when you leave or refresh the page.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Information we collect

The appointment request form collects only what is needed to respond to you:

• Your full name
• Your phone number
• Your email address, if you choose to provide it
• The service you are interested in and your preferred date and time
• Any optional notes you choose to add

We ask that you do not include detailed medical information in the form. Your medical history is discussed directly with the clinical team at your appointment.

How we use your information

• To contact you about your appointment request
• To confirm, reschedule or cancel an appointment at your request
• To answer questions you have asked

We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your separate, explicit consent.

Storage and retention

We keep appointment request information only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, store it securely and limit access to staff who need it.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access the personal information held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us. You can also raise a concern with Kenya's Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
